How long does it take for me to receive my products once I place an order?

Due to the holiday season, orders can take 7-20 business days, from when they are placed, to be delivered via USPS. Orders are packaged and shipped Monday-Friday from 7am-5pm PST

Where is my order?

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send shipping and tracking information to the email address provided. You are also able to track your package at mymakeupcover.com with the tracking number provided.

What does "charge failed" mean?

A charge failed error message happens when we're unable to charge your payment card. There are many different reasons why a payment card could fail to charge but most commonly, the credit card information was incorrectly entered. In order for the order to be processed, you will need to update your credit card information. Please contact us if you need further assistance!

My card failed but there is still a charge.

When you click to charge an order, the order is temporally charged to your card for authorization. However, since the charge has failed, it will disappear once it finishes pending on your account. Generally, this takes about 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.

How can I return products?

We happily accept returns on all unused and unopened item! Please contact us at hello@glossface.com about your return. Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy:

We want you to enjoy your items as soon as you can! We process orders quickly, once they are submitted. Because of this, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is placed. Please be sure to check your order before it is placed to make sure it is completely accurate!

The item I wanted is out of stock - when will it be available again?

We generally aim to restock within a week’s time. Some products take longer to restock but please check back frequently, as we are updating our inventory often. If any item in your order is out of stock, you will be refunded for that item. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
